Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile support team supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure clear outcomes and delivery commitments
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering partners on Agile practices and behaviors
• Maintain a strong understanding of team backlog, priorities, and value delivered
• Protect team focus by managing scope, dependencies, and unplanned work
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and coaching plans

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, dashboards, and automation tools
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments quickly and effectively
