IT Consultant, Scrum Master
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile support team supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Scrum Master
Location:Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure clear outcomes and delivery commitments
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering partners on Agile practices and behaviors
- Maintain a strong understanding of team backlog, priorities, and value delivered
- Protect team focus by managing scope, dependencies, and unplanned work
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and coaching plans
- 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, dashboards, and automation tools
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments quickly and effectively
