Business Execution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant to support Capital Markets and Market Risk leadership in driving complex, cross-product initiatives within a large, regulated financial environment. This role will act as a strategic execution partner, working closely with senior leaders, Product Owners, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple product areas.

• Serve as a trusted execution partner to senior leadership, helping prioritize and drive delivery of medium to large strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and capacity planning across multiple Product Owners and 5–7 concurrent product teams.
• Manage initiative-level execution tracking, delivery health, risks, issues, and dependencies using JIRA and related tools.
• Develop and present executive-level reporting for senior leadership stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across business, technology, and risk teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

• 8+ years of experience in Business Execution, Program Delivery, Product Execution, or Consulting roles within large financial institutions.
• Proven ability to orchestrate delivery across multiple product teams
  , not limited to single-team Agile roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and reporting to senior leadership.
• Prior exposure to Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Market Risk, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate upward with executives and cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Risk teams
