Project Manager - Contingent

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager 5 - Contingent to join their team. As a Project Manager 5 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program supporting various work streams and factories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Develop, implement, and execute delivery plans for DCMS cloud migration work streams and factories.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate technical and strategic updates effectively to senior leadership and technical teams.

• 7+ years of project management experience, particularly in enterprise technology environments.
• Proven expertise in business transformation, modernization, and simplification initiatives.
• Experience managing in complex, matrixed organizations and leading through influence.
• Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Deep technical knowledge in areas like cloud migration, data center build-out, Dev Sec Ops , and enterprise infrastructure.
