  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support Product Owner to document app/platform current state, define use cases, and conduct analysis. Examples of areas of focus for analysis may include but are not limited to:
    Business processes, Data mapping, Known gaps - in tech solution or business process, Existing defects.
  • Apply critical thinking and thought leadership on problem solution design.
  • Engage appropriate product and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate/participate in new work requirement sessions with Product Owner and stakeholders and collaborate with SMEs to provide business knowledge.
  • Participate in feature refinement sessions along with the Product Owner to identify dependencies.
  • Write user stories with guidance and support from the Product Owner.
  • Ensure the Definition of Ready (DoR) is met for each user story.
  • Support control related activities/requests for audit evidence.
  • Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Raise awareness to the Product Owner for unplanned work (sprint disruptions) and identify potential trade‑offs.
  • Partner with UAT team to identify business testing strategy/approach and share use cases; help engage end users in UAT activities, as needed. At times, perform lightweight UAT testing to augment UAT testing team capacity if not available.
  • Facilitate/participate in user story refinement session(s) ensuring a backlog depth of two sprints; proactively identify and elevate issues.
  • Document use cases/scenarios which can be used in requirements/design and business testing/UAT.
  • Assist with UAT and data governance coordination.
  • Represent scrum team in Production triage meetings, researching issues/defects as needed. Act as point of contact for defects.
  • Assist with Sprint Planning by reviewing the current sprint, identifying carryover items and prioritizing items for the upcoming sprint.
