Job Title:
Lead Tech BA with Service Now
Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
W2 Contract
Job Summary:We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Service Now experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design workflows, and support Service Now implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into Service Now solutions
- Configure and support Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Create user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications
- Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders
- Support integrations, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Ensure best practices in Service Now implementation
- 5+ years as Business Analyst
- 3+ years hands‑on Service Now experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Understanding of Service Now integrations & APIs
- Service Now CSA or CIS Certification
- Experience with ITOM / HRSD / CSM
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
