Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting the Disaster Recovery team, specifically Disaster Recovery Testing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, aligning successfully with the organization.

Requirements- Must be willing to work weekends or off hours for off‑hour DR Tests.
- Prior experience in Disaster Recovery testing within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work during weekends or off‑hours as required for testing schedules.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate real‑time issue resolution during tests.
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of cloud‑based Disaster Recovery (DR) test events for business‑critical applications.
- Own the DR test lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, execution, validation, and post‑test reporting.
- Develop and maintain cloud‑specific DR test plans, runbooks, and execution playbooks.
- Coordinate DR testing across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related managed services.
- Partner with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure test readiness.
