Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field service escalation programs for installed Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) systems
  • Provide Level III engineering field support, including system repairs and data gathering
  • Validate warranty claims and assist in root cause analysis of field service issues
  • Collaborate with Regional Field Service management on technical training and implementation strategies
  • Develop and release Technical Service Bulletins and maintain actionable service metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required with 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Strong technical support experience, particularly in a healthcare or surgical setting
  • Familiarity with FDA product requirements and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with robotics or motion control systems
  • Familiarity with commonly used test equipment and the ability to read schematics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software (e.g., SAP, Service Max, Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
