The Vice President, Technology Operations serves as the operating executive to the CTO, responsible for managing the Technology Operating System across Infrastructure, Applications, Product, Security, Data, and PMO.
This role exists to remove the CTO as the day-to-day integrator and escalation backstop, ensuring renewals, budgeting, governance, resilience, and cross-functional execution operate through durable control systems rather than executive intervention.
The outcome is predictable execution, disciplined decision-making, and measurable reduction in matters requiring direct CTO involvement.
