Optomi in partnership with a client in the automotive services industry is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions across web and mobile channels. The individual will lead technical strategy and execution for initiatives focused on improving digital conversion, self-service, and hyper-personalization. This leader will drive architecture, guide engineering teams, and coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors, and system integrators (SIs).
The role also includes exposure to AI development and operational tools supporting chatbot platforms, LLM workflows, model evaluation, observability, and AI platform governance.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of digital initiatives.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, including solution design and production readiness.
- Build reusable components following engineering best practices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor/SI delivery.
- Drive personalization strategies using Adobe Target, CDP, and decision engines.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and serverless architectures in AWS.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and reliability practices.
- Troubleshoot complex multi-tier issues.
- Apply AI development tools (prompt orchestration, vector databases, RAG pipelines).
- 10+ years software engineering; 3–5+ years technical leadership.
- Expertise in Node.js, REST/Graph
QL APIs. - Experience with Adobe AEM, Analytics, Target.
- AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM).
- Experience with SQL/No
SQL databases. - Experience integrating Salesforce, Guidewire
- Hands‑on exposure to AI development tools (vector DBs, LLM orchestration APIs, RAG).
- Familiarity with AI Ops tools (prompt monitoring, telemetry, model evaluation).
- Experience with CDP, personalization engines, AI chatbots/LLM.
