Epic MyChart Analyst

Overview

100% Remote – 6‑month contractor opportunity with a university client. The role requires strong experience as an Epic MyChart certified Analyst, with background in Epic Cheers, Epic Hello World, Direct/Open scheduling, and questionnaire development. The successful candidate will design, build, perform integrated testing, and provide go‑live support across the university’s patient access team.

• Gather workflow requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Build Epic MyChart configurations, clearances, and custom reports.
• Execute integrated testing (unit, UAT, and UAT release).
• Coordinate with end users for training and go‑live support.
• Document system changes and provide post‑implementation assistance.

• Epic MyChart certification.
• Experience with Epic Cheers and Epic Hello World functions.
• Practical knowledge of Epic Ambulatory modules, Direct/Open scheduling, and patient access.
• Ability to design, build, and test solutions within the Epic environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Expert‑level knowledge of Epic MyChart and Epic Ambulatory.
• Hands‑on experience building direct/open scheduling workflows.
• Familiarity with questionnaires and integrated testing tools.

Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC, but fully remote. Salary range: $80.00 – $95.00 per hour.
