Max Pay Rate: $69/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to support a large-scale Data Center Modernization & Cloud Migration program. This role will lead delivery execution across cloud migration factories and modernization work streams, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and leadership while driving transformation in a complex enterprise environment.

This position requires a strong technical program leader who can translate technical delivery into business outcomes and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of data center modernization and cloud migration work streams

  • Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies

  • Drive execution and workplan management across transformation initiatives

  • Manage program scope, timeline, risks, and resources

  • Maintain and control workstream critical path

  • Align with program communications team to drive executive-level reporting

  • Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities

  • Coordinate across multiple teams in a matrixed enterprise environment

  • Translate complex technical delivery into business and leadership communication

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience

  • Strong experience in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or data center transformation

  • Agile delivery experience (Jira, Confluence, iterative delivery)

  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills

  • Strategic problem solving and delivery execution expertise

  • Experience driving transformation, simplification, and change

Technical Domain Knowledge (any of the following)

  • Cloud Migration / Application Modernization

  • Infrastructure / Networking / Virtualization

  • Dev Sec Ops  / Infrastructure-as-Code

  • Containers / Kubernetes / Virtual Machines

  • Databases / Storage / Middleware / API Gateway

  • Data Platforms / ETL / Data Lake / AI-ML

  • Mainframe / Hybrid Cloud / Enterprise Architecture

Soft Skills

  • Strong consultative leadership & influence without authority

  • Ability to drive execution in complex environments

  • Strong business + technical communication

  • Data-driven decision making
