Education:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
o 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced analytics. o Hands-on experience developing AI POCs and prototypes. o Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, etc.). o Familiarity with generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, AI/ML frameworks and automation strategies. o
Experience with cloud AI services and APIs.
• Skills:
o Strong AI/ML model development capabilities, Python/SQL skills and rapid prototyping ability. o Ability to move quickly from ideation to functional demonstration. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills. o Comfort with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of AI POCs to validate feasibility, business value, and technical approach.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into testable AI prototypes.
• Experiment with modern AI/ML frameworks, including generative AI, NLP, Agentic AI and automation tools.
• Develop lightweight prototypes that showcase potential solutions without full production overhead.
• Adopt a fast fail methods to complete POCs in a short and practical timeframe.
Evaluation & Validation
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation criteria for AI POCs.
• Assess technical feasibility, data requirements, scalability, and business impact.
• Document findings, limitations, and recommendations for scaling successful POCs.
• Provide clear go/no-go insights for business and technology leaders.
Collaboration & SME Leadership
• Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Work closely with AI Architecture, Data Engineering, and Development teams to ensure smooth transition from POC to pilot/production.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, explaining technical concepts and trade-offs in business-friendly terms.
• Share learnings and establish best practices for AI experimentation across the enterprise.
Innovation & Exploration
• Stay ahead of AI/ML industry trends, frameworks, and vendor offerings.
• Rapidly test and integrate new AI tools, APIs, and cloud services.
• Encourage a culture of innovation by showcasing quick wins through POCs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 a year
