Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Scrum Master / Business Analyst serves as a dual-function leader within an Agile Scrum team, responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies while also driving business analysis activities that ensure delivery of high-value, well-defined solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment to business goals, and adherence to Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Responsibilities- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress and delivery
- Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency
- Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and delivery risks
- Partner with Product Owner to support backlog readiness and sprint planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
- Support backlog refinement by ensuring stories are well-groomed and ready for development
- Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and the Scrum team
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
- Support change management by helping stakeholders understand impacts and trade-offs
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
