SQL), API debugging (REST, Postman), Log analysis (Splunk / Kibana), Linux/Unix commands, Git

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle escalated production incidents and perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA).

• Debug Java services (logs, stack traces, thread/heap dumps) and collaborate on hotfixes.

• Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and RDBMS performance (Oracle/MySQL/Postgre

SQL).

• Perform data investigations and safe data fixes using SQL under change controls.

• Build/maintain Python scripts for automation, health checks, and operational tooling.

• Monitor application and database health using APM/log tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana, New Relic).

• Troubleshoot API failures, timeouts, and integration issues across services.

• Support deployments and release validations (blue/green, canary, rollbacks) with Dev Ops/Engg.

• Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base to reduce repeat escalations.

• Ensure SLA compliance, accurate incident communication, and stakeholder updates.

• Conduct capacity and performance tuning (connection pools, JVM params, DB configs).

• Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement actions.

Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
