• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems to support business decision-making and process optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Develop a deep understanding of business domains and system functionalities to facilitate data-driven decisions
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and process gaps using data analysis, proposing solutions to optimize system performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, tracking progress of data-related deliverables to ensure quality standards are maintained

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst role
• At least 1 year of experience working on Agile projects or within Agile teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across technical and business teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and Azure Dev Ops
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality data outcomes
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach
