A leading IT services company is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer 4 / Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on enhancing automation, reliability, and performance for mission-critical applications. Ideal candidates will have senior-level SRE experience, and strong skills in observability tools like App Dynamics and Kubernetes. The position includes responsibilities such as defining SLOs, building observability systems, and leading production readiness efforts.

This is a contract position for 18 months with a competitive pay rate.
