Skills & Experience:

* + 5+ years of Business and/or Data Analyst or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

+ 5+ years in business systems / reporting operations with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation.

+ Proven SLA delivery, root?cause analysis, and clear documentation.

+ Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

+ Financial reporting for large organizations.

+ Financial services / banking experience.

+ Advanced data analysis using Excel, including VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables.

+ Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

+ Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for data-related projects.

+

Experience with root cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.

+ Track and manage data lineage to maintain data integrity across systems.

+ Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
