We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance and maintain our data science software in our Innovation Lab. You will ensure the security and operational efficiency of our AI solutions, aligning processes with our strategic information management initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between infrastructure support teams and business partners to deliver technology solutions meeting business objectives.

• Proven experience in managing the health of Data Science environments and solutions
• Expertise in applying maintenance releases, upgrades, and hot fixes
• Proficient in designing AI solutions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, and Cloud platforms
• Strong analytical skills to drive ROI by managing end-to-end Data Science solutions
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Knowledge in developing and maintaining process automation
• Superior customer service skills
• Familiarity with Unix shell scripting and open-source products
• Understanding of GPU and its relationship to Deep Learning/Neural Nets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Ensure the operational health and security of Data Science platforms
• Design solutions to reduce platform complexity
• Perform platform capacity planning and management
• Serve as an escalation point for platform issues
• Establish best practices and guidelines for platform usage
