* Strong domain experience in ATM systems and banking channels.

* Hands-on experience with ATM migration or modernization projects.

* Strong understanding of ATM transaction types, switching, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.

* Experience working with ATM vendors and switch platforms (e.g., NCR, Diebold, FIS, Fiserv, NDC, ISO).

* Strong documentation and communication skills.

* Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in retail banking / payments / cards domain.

* Prior experience working in onsite banking transformation programs.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Summary:

* We are looking for an experienced ATM Business Analyst to support a large-scale ATM Migration / Transformation project.

* The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and ensure successful delivery across ATM applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a Business Analyst for ATM migration initiatives, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

* Work with business users, operations, and technology teams to understand ATM functionality, transaction flows, and integrations.

* Prepare BRD, FRD, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents.

* Support end-to-end ATM migration activities, including requirements traceability and impact analysis.

* Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams during design, build, and deployment phases.

* Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.

* Participate in stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and status updates.

* Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and security requirements related to ATM systems

Salary Range - $60000-$80000 /Per Annum
