Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services company, is seeking a L3 Prod Support professional to join their team.

About the Role:

• Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite
• 12+ month contract role on W2
• NO C2C

Responsibilities:

• Help support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers.
• Responsible for analyzing complex production issues, and working those to resolution.
• Serve as an escalation point to review code, update databases, and provide technical direction and collaborate with other support teams to identify the root cause and execute steps to resolve.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of application programming experience
• Strong Java, JavaScript, and HTML skills, Jboss, websphere or weblogic
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Must have excellent organization skills
• Ability to debug applications
• Splunk, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Understanding of Networks
• Strong C or C++ Skills
• Highly motivated, Self starter
