About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will support teams working on moderately complex initiatives within an Agile environment. You will help drive effective delivery by applying Agile and Scrum best practices, removing impediments, and facilitating continuous improvement. You will also partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and alignment across projects.
Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in applying Scrum/Agile frameworks effectively.
• Consult on and contribute to mid-level initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery against team goals.
• Analyze and address moderately complex Scrum or Agile challenges by evaluating multiple variables and recommending solutions.
• Support planning activities and contribute to broader program-level discussions and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client and internal partners to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with organizational processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies, or related project delivery roles.
  • Experience may be demonstrated through professional work, consulting, training, military background, or education.

• Charlotte, NC (On-site/Hybrid depending on client requirements)
