About the Role

In this contingent role, you will serve as a senior subject-matter expert supporting large-scale, complex Data Management initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, solve high-impact challenges, and deliver long-term, innovative solutions that advance enterprise-wide data capabilities.
What You'll Do

• Act as a top consultant on high-complexity, high-visibility Data Management programs with significant scope and organizational impact.
• Provide strategic guidance on the design and execution of large-scale data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the resolution of advanced and multifaceted Data Management challenges that require creativity, innovation, and expert analytical reasoning.
• Deliver insights and recommendations grounded in industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand needs, influence decision-making, and establish long-term strategic direction.
• Serve as a senior Power BI developer, supporting advanced reporting, dashboarding, and analytics efforts.
• Utilize financial reporting expertise to design and deliver high-quality, data-driven reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Data Management
  • Business Analysis
  • Analytics
  • Project Management
  • Or an equivalent combination of professional experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Proven experience as a Senior Power BI Developer with advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization skills.
• Strong background in Financial Reporting, including the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
