* Identify innovation opportunities and apply automation solutions using AI platforms and technologies
* Building and deploying scalable automation solutions using AI/ML platforms, Java, Type Script, Python, APIs
* Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to implement scalable AI solutions
* Collaborate with data engineers to build robust ingestion layers and ensure high-quality data inputs for intelligent automation
* Support enterprise AI initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership, focusing on operationalization and adoption
* Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging AI technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems, including generative AI, into products and services
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all AI implementations
* Monitor and optimize AI model performance; develop dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders
** Knowledge You Should Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in data science, IT or analytics and prefer 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
* Proficiency in programming languages and tools for AI development and integration
* Experience collaborating with IT and software engineering teams to ensure AI/ML solutions align with existing infrastructure
* Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
* Ability to design and implement API-driven solutions for seamless integration with enterprise systems
* Ability to identify and understand business issues and map these issues into quantitative questions
* Effective communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
