Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location:

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)

• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience developing AI POCs and prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, etc.).
• Familiarity with generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, AI/ML frameworks and automation strategies.
• Experience with cloud AI services and APIs.
• Strong AI/ML model development capabilities, Python/SQL skills and rapid prototyping ability.
• Ability to move quickly from ideation to functional demonstration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
