Our client, a leading organization in enterprise security and IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated Lead Service Now Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Service Now Developer, you will be an integral part of the Security and Platform Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Charlotte, North Carolina

• Architect and lead the implementation of enterprise Service Now solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable architecture standards.
• Design, develop, and optimize the Service Now Vulnerability Response application, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security engineers.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor vulnerability management and remediation performance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Service Now engineering with a focus on platform architecture and development.
• Proven experience implementing Service Now Vulnerability Response at an enterprise level.
• Hands-on expertise with scoped app development, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB architecture.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
