• Serves as technical expert who provides project management leadership in the development and delivery of applications and services for a specific business process.
• Responsible for a single technical project of medium to high complexity or a group of smaller, unrelated technical projects/break-fix items.
• Develop and drive technical strategy for IT project based on project objectives and business requirements
• Assist in the creation of architecture and detailed design documentation per required deliverables within a project
• Allocate and direct technical resources to accomplish project tasks ensuring effective utilization
• Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy
• Responsible for Release Management planning and coordination with internal/external teams
• Participate in defect triage and work with project team/vendors to resolve prioritized defect fixes
• Ensure Technology infrastructure is ready on time and that the application is successfully transitioned to sustain
• Identify and manage project issues/risks to closure and provide proper visibility to stakeholders
• Work with project management counterparts to deliver broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences
• Generate an inclusive workgroup environment, which encouraged cross-group collaboration
