Sr. Sharepoint Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide SharePoint web design, branding and development.
• Develop SharePoint master pages, styles, layouts, themes, composed looks and search display templates.
• Develop SharePoint components including web parts, apps, pages and services;
  User controls; windows services and workflows using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer.
• Understand and implement QA procedures (Code review, Performance testing, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis, etc.).
• Responsible for providing technical assistance, problem resolutions, general "help desk" support, and training for clients.
• Supervise junior developers and ensure standards are met.

• Must have recent experience designing and building SharePoint projects
• Experience designing and implementing portal, content management and collaboration solutions on a SharePoint platform
• Experience providing thought leadership on best practices for solution design and have deep experience implementing solutions within the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 stack and front end web development.
• 5+ years of experience of Web Application Programming experience
• 3+ years of development experience with SharePoint, with hands on experience with SharePoint 2013.
• Experience with SQL queries and Search query/index fine-tuning
• Strong understanding of ASP.MVC and MVC, preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills, able to offer creative insights and approaches to solving problems.
