Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong familiarity working in Agile environments and proven expertise in Change Management. This role requires exceptional Jira skills, the ability to lead daily Agile ceremonies, and experience managing CRQs and process changes within a technology driven organization.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery within enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and optimize Jira boards, workflows, story writing, and reporting to support clear, accurate tracking.
- Write and refine user stories, roles, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Own and manage CRQs (Change Requests) and support the broader change management lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Track team performance metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
- Provide secondary Project Management support where needed (though this is not the primary focus).
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62.09 - $62.09/hr.
