About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Database Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing database engineering initiatives, working with modern Teradata environments, and contributing to process improvements. If you have strong UNIX skills and experience with Teradata tools, we’d love to connect with you!
✔️ 2+ years of Database Engineering experience (or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education)
✔️ Hands-on experience with:
- Viewpoint
- Query Grid
- BCM software support
- ✔️
Experience with
Teradata Vantage Cloud Lake setup and support
- ➕ Vulnerability Management support
- ➕ Data Domain and Object Store support
- ➕ Ansible and EPLX support
- 🔹 Participate in low to moderately complex Database Engineering initiatives
- 🔹 Identify opportunities for process improvements
- 🔹 Review and analyze technical assignments requiring research and evaluation
- 🔹 Develop recommendations for resolving technical challenges
- 🔹 Exercise independent judgment while following policies and compliance requirements
- 🔹 Provide support and information to client personnel
- ✨ Work with cutting-edge Teradata cloud technologies
- ✨ Gain exposure to AI-integrated database environments
- ✨ Collaborative and growth-focused team environment
