We are seeking two experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts to support regulatory reporting initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a strong SQL background, hands‑on experience with Oracle OFSAA, and a solid understanding of regulatory data requirements within the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end regulatory reporting processes, including data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
- Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Work extensively with Oracle OFSAA for regulatory calculations, data extraction, and reporting
- Collaborate with business, risk, finance, and compliance teams to gather and translate regulatory requirements into data solutions
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvements related to regulatory reporting
- Assist in UAT, data quality checks, and regulatory audits as required
- Prepare documentation and provide support for ongoing and new regulatory initiatives
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in regulatory reporting
- Advanced SQL skills (query writing, performance tuning, complex joins, data validation)
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle OFSAA (mandatory)
- Good understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial data
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in banking or financial services
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
