Minimum 10 years

This role supports enterprise ETL platforms and production environments. The position involves monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting data integration workflows.

• Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Track incidents against SLAs and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurrence.
• Support Informatica and IDMC components, including cloud-based workflows.
• Assist with migration of workflows from Informatica to IDMC.
• Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and shell scripts. Review logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Support code deployments and migrations across environments including development, testing, and production.
• Use Unix or Linux commands and SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.
• Support automation using scripting languages such as shell or Python.
• Use monitoring and ticketing tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Jira, or Service Now.
• Review Yarn and Spark logs as part of production troubleshooting.
• Configure session objects and support performance tuning for high-volume data processing.
• Work with metadata-driven ETL processes and batch or job frameworks.

• Basic coordination and documentation skills as required
