- Oracle Field Service adoption is critical to operational efficiency
- Field crews must confidently manage work orders and submit time accurately in the mobile application
- Finance and operations teams require structured oversight and approval workflows
- Poor training leads to user confusion, rework, and support tickets
- This consultant will create reusable, role-based training that strengthens compliance, reduces errors, and supports long-term onboarding
This is a net new, one-time consulting engagement designed to build a structured library of OFS training content.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Develop role-based training videos using Adobe Captivate or similar tools
- Convert existing PowerPoint and documentation into engaging, practical learning modules
- Record real OFS screen walkthroughs demonstrating actual workflows
- Design concise, visually guided content optimized for:
- Field crews using the OFS mobile application
- Back-office finance and operations users reviewing and approving work and time
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate terminology and process flow
- Incorporate feedback and iterate to ensure clarity and usability
- Deliver reusable training assets that support onboarding and ongoing refreshers
- Proven experience building application-based training videos
- Strong Adobe Captivate or comparable eLearning tool expertise
- Experience translating technical content into simple, user-friendly learning
- Comfortable navigating unfamiliar enterprise systems and recording screen demos
- Ability to tailor content to distinct user personas, frontline mobile users vs. finance stakeholders
- Strong executive presence, able to engage VP-level leaders independently
- Mid-to-senior level experience, not entry-level, able to operate as a standalone consultant
