PEPI Manager – Merger Integration & Carve‑outs

Merger Integration & Carve‑outs
We bring a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value for corporate and equity buyers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and determining client needs.
  • Lead work streams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design.
  • Drive performance improvement assessments across an enterprise and oversee implementation of recommendations.
  • Track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives, adjusting integration strategies or personnel as required.
  • Plan and execute operational optimization, supply chain integration, IT/reporting integration, customer and channel management, and other key day‑one activities.
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
  • Experience in integration planning and divestitures is a plus.
  • Lead one or more work streams in a business transformation.
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one of:
    Finance & accounting operations, HR / Organizational design, Supply chain / operations, IT reporting, communications planning.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, critical thinking, and flexibility to travel at least 75% of the time.

  • Salary range: $125,000–$190,000 annually plus discretionary bonus.
