We are seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead to drive design development and delivery of serverless applications within our cloud ecosystem The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills handson expertise in AWS serverless technologies and the ability to guide a distributed development team

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions for AWSbased solutions
• Oversee development of serverless components built using AWS Lambda API Gateway Step Functions and Event Bridge AWS Events
• Provide handson development support using Type Script and Nodejs
• Ensure secure implementation of services using AWS IAM and best practices
• Collaborate with product owners architects and offshore developers to ensure high quality delivery
• Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and drive continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot optimize and enhance system performance
• Coordinate daily with the offshore team and ensure aligned progress against milestones

• 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in AWS Serverless Stack Lambda API Gateway Step Functions IAM Event Bridge
• Proficiency with Nodejs and Type Script
• Strong understanding of CICD logging monitoring and operational best practices in AWS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams
