Technology Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Charlotte, NC)

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Associate Manager in Charlotte, NC, and the job duties are as follows:

• Assess, design, implement and/or support world-class information technology architectures for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs.
• Conduct architectural assessments and define solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Design, build, deliver and run the engagement’s, platform’s and/or product’s required architecture (i.e. development, operations, execution, data, application, etc.).
• Provide the work’s technical conscience, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations and capability needs.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.
• Provide architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements.
• Support the technology team by solutioning and estimating for proposals, planning, and pricing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams on technical and automation architecture best practices;
• Experience in digital process innovation and working across functions to re-engineer and automate IT and business client operations;
• Utilizing PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and XMLs; and
• Developing ETL artifacts (graphs and plans) in Ab Initio and scheduled the jobs using Control-M.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Splunk to write searches, debug search queries, and utilizing Splunk Dashboards for monitoring and Observability; and
• Performing strategic and tactical evaluations of complex technology ecosystems.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
