Traveling Field Technician

Overview

TEKsystems is recruiting a Traveling Field Technician for a client in Charlotte, NC. The role is a contract position with on‑site work and includes frequent travel to different locations for deployments.

• Deploy hardware, perform password resets and maintenance on laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, routers, switches, and Sonic Wall firewalls.
• Conduct workstation setup and software upgrades.
• Reimage Windows computers and troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
• Support networking troubleshooting and firewall configuration.
• Travel to client sites for event setups; 26 weekends per year.

• 5-10 years of Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with hardware and network troubleshooting, including deployments and reimaging.
• Proficiency with Windows systems, printers, routers, switches, and Sonic Wall firewalls.

Contract position based in Charlotte, NC. Pay: $24.00‑$30.00 per hour. Final date to receive applications:
