* Job Description:

** The HR Analytics Transformation Specialist will join the HR‑T team to support the modernization of our client’s HR analytics function as we transition reporting into Oracle Fusion. This role will focus on building and maintaining data pipelines to ensure that all information currently available in HCM is accurately represented in Fusion, while working across reporting environments such as FDI and the HCM platform.

The specialist will help prepare and align data to enable AI‑driven insights, improve data accessibility, and deliver information to business users quickly and consistently without unnecessary intermediaries. Additionally, this role will help clarify and optimize the use of FDI—recognizing it as middleware rather than solely a visualization tool—to ensure it is leveraged effectively within the broader data architecture
