• Undergraduate or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and/or analytics)
• Around 6 or more years of related work experience in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management space
• Superior communication (verbal and written) with the ability to advocate technical solutions to technology and business audiences at all levels
• Experience working independently under time constraints and delivering results by critical deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, facilitating meetings, presentation creation, and client-ready deliverables
• Prior experience in project management and client-serving roles
• Excellent leadership and teaming skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change with a natural curiosity
• A willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 60%

• Ability to translate business challenges into analytics and insights solutions
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through a product life cycle
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade ML/DL models and pipelines
• Proficiency in Generative AI techniques (GANs, VAEs, transformers) and working with LLMs
• Experience with data-driven decision making using structured and unstructured data
• Building data analysis algorithms (data mining, statistics, ML, NLP, RNNs, CNNs, etc.) as appropriate
• Designing and developing solutions with big data technologies (Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark, Neo4j) to analyze large data sets
• Utilizing in-house data platforms and recommending new platforms as needed
• Strong Python skills with ML libraries (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, stats models)
• Experience with Big Data and cloud tools (Hadoop, Mongo
  
  DB, Neo4j, Spark, Hive, HBase, Cassandra, etc.)
• Experience mentoring data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers
• Strong ML and data structure design, analytics methods, and architecture experience
• Ability to quantify business improvements from optimization techniques
• Collaborate with data scientists to map data fields to hypotheses and prepare data for models

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML/AI solutions
• Strong deep learning experience in NLP, CV, ML, and/or RL
• Designing and deploying cloud-native architectures with serverless, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
• Experience integrating AI/ML in cloud environments for scalability, reliability, and security
• Familiarity with cloud ML services (Sage Maker, Bedrock, Google AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Knowledge of MLOps CI/CD for ML models in the cloud
• Understanding of data security and privacy in cloud environments, including compliance
