Role: UI Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
The persons would be involved in designing, developing, configuring and maintaining web applications hosted as standalone applications or in a Portal environment.
- Must have at least 5 years of programming experience with UI technologies
- Must have excellent communications
- Must be a team player
- Understand the importance of User Interface and User experience from a Web perspective
- Understanding of Web technologies
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Some Programming experience with JAVA technologies
- Basic SQL with Hands-on experience with any one RDBMS
- Have used JIRA / Wiki and other collaboration tools in a team environment
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration
- Knowledge of Code Quality Management tools
- Knowledge of SSO
- Understanding of Web/App Servers like Apache HTTPD and Apache Tomcat would be a plus
- Liferay portal experience would be a plus.
