Electronic Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic devices including hyper chargers and components.
• Test functionality of repaired devices to ensure they meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of malfunctions or failures.
• Document repair processes and maintain records of parts used, repairs performed, and other related information.
• Assist with maintaining parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Advise management on hardware and software upgrades.
• Work with the customer service team to answer customer queries and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and repair techniques.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electronic equipment repair, preferably in the high-tech or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repair work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Standing/Walking for long periods of time.
