Our client, a leading organization in the data security and information protection sector, is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) team supporting critical data security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid
-3 days onsite per week)
Pay Range: 8 months with possibility of extension/Conversion What’s the Job?
- Support data security mission-critical initiatives by assisting in the remediation of findings reported by Cyber Health Check initiatives.
- Work within the team to validate and remediate findings using data security posture management tools such as Varonis.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes for ongoing data security efforts.
- Create and track metrics to measure the progress of remediation initiatives and overall data security posture.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to tune policies and improve data security measures.
What’s Needed?
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for outreach and collaboration with team members and users.
- Experience working in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with data security tools, particularly Varonis, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to evolving project requirements.
