Job Description:

• Technical Skills: SQL Server Developer, TSQL, PL/SQL, SSIS
• Seeking an experienced SQL Server Developer (Lead) with strong expertise in TSQL.
• Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in writing complex stored procedures, optimizing database performance, and improving query efficiency.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL Server development TSQL, Stored Procedures, and performance tuning.
• Should have worked on stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performed query optimization.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL Server Database, optimizing SQL server stored procedures while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Experience in SSIS ETL and packages and data integration.
• Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
• This role involves leading a team of data engineers, working with business stakeholders, and being a liaison for offshore engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance database functionality.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate across functional departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.
