Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is a fully remote, U.S.

-based contract role for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, concise updates to leadership.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope and budget.
• Work with a team of 10 individuals to hit deadlines on time and on budget.
• Support change management and training efforts related to the ERP rollout.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 ERP implementations successfully delivered.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Sage, etc.).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing virtual collaboration tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
