About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Experience & Reporting Specialist who genuinely enjoys communicating with people and making clients feel informed, confident, and supported. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, performance reporting, and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for providing regular updates to clients, highlighting wins, translating data into clear insights, and ensuring our clients always feel “in the loop.”

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of communication for client updates and reporting
  • Send daily, weekly, and monthly updates highlighting wins, performance, and key insights
  • Create clear, polished reports using campaign and platform data
  • Translate performance data into easy-to-understand takeaways for clients
  • Proactively flag wins, trends, and opportunities — not just issues
  • Collaborate closely with internal campaign, creative, and strategy teams
  • Maintain a consistent communication cadence so clients always feel supported
  • Help improve reporting templates, communication workflows, and client experience processes

What You Bring
  • 1–3+ years experience in client success, account management, marketing, analytics, or communications
  • Strong writing skills (email, summaries, reports)
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, or analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple clients or priorities at once
  • Agency, marketing, social media, or influencer experience is a plus (but not required)
