Overview
Title: UX Content Writer
Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC (5 days onsite)
Duration: 14 Months (FTE Chances)
Responsibilities- This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
- Play a key role in shaping the way communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Ensure user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.
- 4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
- Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
- Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
