Agile Coaches​/Product Manager Leaders

Job Overview

Our customer is seeking Agile Coaches/Leaders to steer the direction and adoption of forward‑thinking delivery principles. These openings will be hybrid in Uptown Charlotte, so we are looking for local candidates. We only work with direct W2 candidates – no C2C or sub‑vendor personnel will be reviewed.

• Work primarily with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Product Management Leaders in a restructured product‑focused organization.
• Help transform and adopt product‑driven operations for the organization.
• Leverage experience in Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, and digital transformation for ideal consideration.
• Command a room, possess great presentation skills, and exhibit excellent communication.
• Be comfortable with all areas of the product life cycle – Epics, Features, Coaching, User Stories, and Product Management.
• These roles will last 1–2 years with the possibility of FTE conversion later in the engagement.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $75.00 – $83.00/hr benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the following benefits may be available:
