Overview
We’re seeking a detail-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow subscriptions, boost retention, and expand our newsletter audience. Reporting to the Director of Growth and Membership Strategy and collaborating closely with the Creative Director of Consumer Revenue
. This role focuses on building, optimizing, and executing Hub Spot campaigns that drive measurable results while providing design and asset production support across multichannel as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, AI-enhanced personalization, and performance optimization within a collaborative, growth-focused team.
- Build, edit, and QA Hub Spot emails, landing pages, and workflows to support membership campaigns.
- Assist in developing and deploying automated workflows for acquisition, onboarding, and retention journeys.
- Partner with the Director on campaign strategy and testing (A/B, personalization, segmentation).
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and surface insights to optimize future workflows and messaging.
- Prepare and adapt assets for multichannel use (email, web, social, print) in collaboration with the Creative Director of Consumer Revenue.
- Maintain consistency in voice, design, and technical execution across all campaigns while adhering to ACBJ brand standards.
- Support the Director in integrating AI-powered Hub Spot features (including predictive lead scoring, dynamic personalization, and automated testing) to enhance engagement and retention.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing production, campaign management, or digital communications (internships included).
- Familiarity with Hub Spot (or similar marketing automation/CRM) for email, design and workflow production.
- Strong writing and editing skills for marketing copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Understanding HTML/CSS for email and landing page editing a plus.
- Proficiency with CMS builders and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or ).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva for asset adjustments.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing and creative teams.
