Responsibilities- Troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and resolve or escalate
- Log issues, document resolutions, and communicate status
- Assist with software deployments and updates
- Application/technical support experience
- Experience with Windows servers and applications
- Power Shell/command line a plus – but not necessary
