Genesis
10 is seeking a Data Analyst with our financial services client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract hybrid position.

We are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to support a Security Metrics & Reporting function. This role supports business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. This role focuses on deriving insights from reports and dashboards without requiring deep coding or technical expertise.

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools. Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
• Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis

Pay rate up to $56.37 hourly.
