What’s the Job?- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
- Define test cases, review results, and provide sign‑off for feature readiness, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Promote a testing mindset across teams, fostering continuous improvement and high‑quality deliverables.
- Partner with Scrum Masters and cross‑functional teams to remove impediments and keep sprints on track for successful delivery.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with 2–4 years of hands‑on experience.
- Strong technical acumen and a history of working within technically complex organizations.
- Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to project management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
